Amal Clooney
Amal Clooney born Amal Ramzi Alamuddin is a Lebanese-British barrister human rights activist, philanthropist and human rights advocate. The graduate of Oxford University School of Law and New York University School of Law is internationally recognized in her professional career and for her achievements in the international law of human rights. Her notable clients include Armenia, a nation Armenia that is fighting against the Turkish government for the recognition and apology of the Armenian Genocide. Amal Clooney got married to American actor George Clooney and became a well-known name in pop media in the year 2014. Years earlier, Amal Clooney had been known for her success in representing her clients before courts and earned a good name. Her activities range from the tackling of human rights and justice concerns to representing multinational corporations in their negotiations and court actions concerning government regulations. From 2015 onwards she worked as a barrister in British court in Doughty Street Chambers.
